We had to change our satellitedish but can only seem to receive a signal from the 013e Hotbird satellite. Although we have good grey bars and the locked thingy is OK we are still being told that we have no satellite signal. We can not receive any channels at all. We are using a Skydigibox. Do I have to re-tune the box or should we have another go at trying to find the Astra satellites. We are going mad! We are in NW Scotland.
