My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

Hi there. I retuned my
Freeview
TV today and have lost ITV1,
Channel 4
,
Channel 5
(no great loss to be fair) and a few others. I live in TW14 9NT.
Anyone know if I can get them back?
