The Code Rate for 11307V has increased from 2/3 to 5/6.
As a result, the useful bitrate has increased from 33.791 to 42.238 Mbps or by 8.447 Mbps, this being at the expense of an increase in the required signal to noise ratio for quasi-error-free-reception of about 2 dB.
Noting the Null Packets are running at 9.270 Mbps, it looks like they are going to stuff more channels on the transponder rather than improve video quality.

The com7 and 8 Guard Intervals have changed from 1/128 to 1/6 to facilitate Single Frequency Networks.
The version of the "T2_delivery_system_descriptor" used on UK DTT, in contradistinction to the "Terrestrial delivery system descriptor" of DVB-T which indicates all the transmission parameters, consists of a mere three bytes which inform of the "Physical Layer Pipe ID" and the "T2_system_id".
Thus there is no indication in the NIT of Guard Interval or any other physical transmission parameter for DVB-T2 transmissions.
CrazyScan2 reads the transmission parameters and indicates them along with constellation diagrams:

A result of the Guard Interval change is a reduction in TS bit-rate, from 40.200 to 36.825 Mbps:
