Chris.SE: A knowledgeable fellow over on DS was suggesting a 7MHz bandwidth may have been used, but it's not possible to lock com8 on a 7MHz bandwidth setting. Even so, he might be right to some extent.
Given that the com8 centre frequency is C56-, and com7 is C55, how can com8 be 8MHz wide without treading on com7?
The constellation diagram for com8 is something I've not seen before, with points way off target, hitting the walls.

Maybe the change in FEC to 1/2 was to compensate/allow this.

Chris Barlow: Your Most Likely Transmitter is Rothesay according to the Coverage Checker.
Is your aerial pointing NW (Rothesay) or E (Largs Holehouse) - pardon the expression.
Largs D3&4 is on C31 and Rothesay D3&4 is on C25.

Chris.SE: Colin seems happy enough with what he's tuned in, but it sure as hell ain't com8.
Regarding UHF Channel Offsets and in particular, that for com8, I thought, maybe digitalbitrate might show it and if and when it changed. But no, the offsets on there have been entered by monkeys and are total garbage.
