I forgot the TS DIFFS:
Comparing Freesat 30-11-2015 18 00.txt and Freesat 01-12-2015 13 00.txt
Changed:
10832.25 H 23000 5/6 DVB-S2 0.25 8PSK 028.2E :TSID = 2049 --> 10832.25 H 22000 3/4 DVB-S2 0.25 8PSK 028.2E :TSID = 2049
Found:
12129.00 V 27500 2/3 DVB-S QPSK 028.2E :TSID = 2022
The TSID of the TS on 12129V is currently 2006, the same as that on 11817V, which is why I called it a TS clone.
Since the TSID is a unique identifier of a TS (multiplex) within a DVB Network, it is not possible to have more than one TS with a particular TSID.
Thus 12129V is not presently in the ASTRA Network.
The Freesat tables show 12129V with a TSID of 2022, which is what the TSID will be, before the transponder move 11817V --> 12129V, occurs on ASTRA.

Briantist: If it had been deleted, there would be nothing there at all.
There is an MHEG stream which contains this message:
"Rishtey Europe is currently not available. http://europe.rishteytv.c…uot;
According to the EPG, it should be on air.
According to the EPG, VIVA should NOT be on air but it is!

Briantist: I think it is safe to say that Dave won't be on Freesat just yet.

jb38: No, I hadn't checked. It makes nonsense of their message. Accurate information is hard to come by these days.

FEC for ITV HD transponders changes from 2/3 to 3/4
The benefit: Multiplex capacity increases from 44.520 to 50.083 Mbit/s
The cost: A higher signal to noise ratio is needed (a bigger dish) for the same Quality of reception.
The change affects these services:
11052.75 H 23000 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV2 HD
ITV4 HD
ITV Wales HD
ITV HD [ITV1 HD North]
11097.00 V 23000 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV HD [ITV1 HD London]
ITV HD [ITV1 HD South East]
ITV HD [ITV1 HD Mid West]

According to the Freesat SI tables, these recently added services are available in the test region 100:
162 Drama
163 Yesterday
164 Really
858 Test 1 SD
859 Test 2 HD
Curious to actually see these on the Foxsat HD, the 'postcode' for 'region' 100 was entered and a 'Freesat Tune' initiated.
Sure enough, there they were. The three UKTV services had 'nd' appended to indicate NDS encryption - strange to see that in Freesat mode.
Selecting 'Yesterday' and going to diagnostics, the TSID shown was 2022 (it isn't - it's 2006), 12129V, signal/quality 100/100.
Strangely, for 'Test 1 SD' and 'Test 2 HD' there was no signal.
The configuration of the transponder hosting 'Test 1 SD' and 'Test 2 HD' according to a recent update to the Freesat NIT is:
10832.25 H 22000 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK
Puzzled, I attempted to carry out a 'Manual Tune' using those parameters and, again, there was no signal.
While in 'Manual Tune' I took the opportunity to scan 12129V. Selecting 'Yesterday', now in 'non-Freesat' mode, diagnostics showed the TSID as 2006.
Back to the PC to take a look at 10832H. I had carried out a blind-scan last night, instead of 8PSK it was QPSK!
Back to the Foxsat and a 'Manual Tune' with 10832.25 H 22000 3/4 DVB-S2 QPSK, brought in the two (now nameless) services which played perfectly in non-Freesat mode.

Briantist: Not a lot happening Brian. There is that UKTV transport stream clone, but I expect you know all about that.
There used to be some interesting feeds on Eurobird (Eutelsat 28A) in the 12500-12750 MHz band.
This band, now cleared of BSkyB services, is again being used for feeds.
There was a peculiar feed/test on 12572V 7500 5/6 QPSK DVB-S2 at 13:40 26/11/2015 consisting of four looping HEVC 1920x1080 video streams.
The picture quality was pretty bad at the bitrates used:
max min avg service_name

FTA BSkyB DIFFS:
Blissmas and another Channel 5 region drop off the BSkyB box.
Blissmas is inactive, a mere entry in the SDT.
