The former Channel M multiplex has been running without Service Information tables since at least the 19th April.
Consequently, the services have no names or numbers on that multiplex. No Service Description Table = no names. No Network Information Table = no LCNs
If the services are already present on a device, the only obvious effect will be lack of EPG from that multiplex.
On my LG telly, no services were found on a manual scan of UHF 57 even though the services were present in the service list, with their correct names, on their correct numbers and playing perfectly.
The EPG and complete service list (names and numbers) are carried on each multiplex, so the information is available - in principle. In practice, most devices (like my telly) only read the data from the current multiplex.
This information, for example, emanates from the BBC A multiplex:
762 MHz, UHF 57, 8 MHz, 16-QAM, 8k, 3/4, 1/32
(
50 mov4men+1
54 Heart TV
56 CAPITAL TV
60 FIRE HIT TV
67 Chart Show TV
127 POP+1
)

Still no Service Information tables on the "Manchester Television Network" - MTN - multiplex. All six video streams are running but "FIRE HIT TV" is showing a blue screen and is missing its audio stream.
Found this:
"Canis Retail Television operates a Freeview multiplex licensed channel in the Greater Manchester area, on behalf of Entertainment Media Group, which offers broadcasters the opportunity to broadcast licensed channels. The regional DTT capacity can handle six video streams (channels) operating 24/7 and offers broadcasters DTT capacity at a much lower cost per household than national multiplex coverage."
"Transmission facilities are based at Arqiva's Winter Hill site, the principal site used for ITV and Granada in the North West of England. Channels allocated a video stream on the multiplex will have their own LCN (Logical Channel Number) which, if you are an entertainment channel, you are likely to enjoy a prominent position in the 50s or 60s on the Freeview EPG in the Greater Manchester area. Channels need to be able to successfully deliver content or a signal to Canis Television & Media/Arqiva at Winter Hill and an easy option is to take an existing broadcast feed."

doug findlay: EPG still not fixed for this on Freesat though fully populated on Sky
The wikipedia article linked to above is about Bonanza - the television programme.
Contact for the channel is here:

Walt: The ch57 mux has been broadcasting fine since going "back to normal" - I use it daily to grab the EIT cos it takes 50 seconds rather than the tedious 270 of t'others.
Ensure your connections are good as HDMI sourced RFI can wipe it out.

Nearly maxed-out the red bars with that last one.
Anyone know exactly what change the Network Change Notification is referring to?

John T.: Yes, great to see those British Cinema classics. I hope it comes to Freesat.
For those (like me) without a Sky box, "TalkingPictures" can be found here:

This is the Sky box channel description for TalkingPictures:
"A night at the pictures any time of day, Classic B movies from British Cinema History with popular vintage American series. Marvel at early British cinema works from 1930's onwards."

It doesn't look good for those recording Breaking Bad on Freesat.
Series 3, episodes 4, 5 and 6, airing next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are on a different series crid so would not be recorded without user intervention.
The correct series crid is reinstated for S3e7, next Thursday.
