When a service is being added to Freesat, the Freesat streams (Service Information Tables) are mapped to it.
This usually occurs before the service actually appears in the Freesat service tables.
Thus the addition of the Freesat streams to the PMT (Program Map Table) of a service usually indicates its imminent addition to Freesat.
Unfortunately, when a service leaves Freesat, the Freesat streams are not usually removed from its PMT.
Thus finding a service that has the Freesat streams mapped to it, but which is not on Freesat may only indicate that it was once on Freesat.

Briantist: I know Humax record two files along with the transport stream, apparently containing navigational and informational data for the programme.
I rather think that what we have here is a failure to communicate.
Presumably the PMT is under control of BSkyB, and Freesat have to request that their streams are added.
Services such as Scuzz have been on and off Freesat a number of times, so maybe it's easiest just to leave the streams mapped.
Few, if any, are new in the list.
Sony Movies and Sony Movies+1 inherited the program infrastructure of the movies4men services they replaced an age ago, and being encrypted are not Freesat candidates.
Horse & Country has been in the list since 2008. I don't think it has ever been on Freesat.

Two ITV1 services have appeared on 10832H. One is HD running at a constant 8.2 Mbps. Both have the Freesat streams mapped to them. They are not in the SDT and therefore nameless.

According to the ASTRA NIT 10832H is still configured as:
22000 5/6 DVB-S QPSK
Blind scan (using CrazyScan) shows the configuration is now:
23000 3/4 DVB-S2 8QPSK pilot=on roll-off=.25
This is confirmed by the (measured) TS Bitrate:

There seems little sense in putting a SD service on an S2 transponder, even less, putting one on a Freesat SD Bouquet, since SD boxes don't have S2 demodulators.
These though are tests, and, being in region 100, not for public access.
