what is happening with the signal today and yesterday, i am in Ramsgate and the channels keep breaking up and disapearing

Jan 26th retune from Dover. I retuned my set top box (digihome) but now all my channels are mixed up.BBc 1 now starts at 829, used to be channel 1 itv is now 819 and was channel 3, radio and tv channels are all mixed up and in no order, is this supposed to be like this now?
