My Mum has a tv with built in freeview. Since switchover in April she has lost multiplex A plus the bbc red button functionality. Previously all was working ok. I have carried out a factory reset per the above instructions and retuned the tv. I can see the programme information for the channels eg itv3 but no picture instead we have a weak or poor signal screen message. Will she need to change her ariel?
