I have solved my problem. The signal path was via my old VCR which was using Ch27 (COM6 channel). This was previously an 'un-used' channel. Hence, this new received channel was not passing through the VCR.
By-passing the VCR has cured this and I can now tune in to the COM6 channels.

Following DSO at Ridge Hill, I have re-scanned all of our digital TVs but the COM6 channels are missing?
