My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Ok so I was just sitting there watching e4 when all of a sudden i lost
signal
. so i checked through all the
channels
and lost signal on quite a few of them. i decided to rescan to see if that would
help
and lost all my channels except the bbc ones.
