What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

I have done all the mentioned resets with no luck, my
sky
+ box has updated so I'm assuming that I'm getting a
signal
but still get the error msg saying I'm not. Is there a way to confirm I'm getting a signal.
