Is an installation company allowed to just have an 0800 number?

Oh dear. Failed to show up twice this weekend for a motorised installation. Phoned on Saturday to say they were running late, and would be able to come on Sunday. Failed to show at all on Sunday. The whole weekend wasted. What a load of cowboys!!!
