Its a Medion TV with built in Freeview. I have unpluggled the aerial and gone through the 1st time installation a dozen times but the channel list does not seem to clear, exactly the same channels come back again with none of the missing channels appearing,

Hello Briantist,
I'm in Cambridge and have lost all channels on the 67 frequency (18, 21, 24, 85, 89) and all the radio channels at my parents house CB4 3DG, since the switchover in mid-April. However at my house in CB5 I still have all these channels using an identical aerial.
The strenght of the signal on the existing channels though seems to have increased.
