I'm in Glenrothes, postcode KY6 3PW. In the past few days I have lost my frewview signal I have a smart TV (Phillips) It seems to have "drifted" from signal. the TV was bought missing its instruction manual. I have since managed to aquire one but it seems to be written in abbreviations, or, Swahili.Do I aim for a frequency number to reset or whatever?I would be greatful if you could help as I will be reduced to watching the main home set.
