Below are all of Tom Cromack's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Setting up a new HD TV (LG 42UB820V). Locatted in Kilchattan Bay Bute. Always used Darvel good reception and no problems on old TV.
New TV fine for all except HD channels. On set up finds all the HD channels but puts then in channel 800 and upwards (I thought they should be from 100 upwards). When I try to view says no signal.
Any suggestions greately appreciated as unable to find any help on LG website and question on FREEView chat got nowhere!.

Previous tv did not have HD facility, reason for change.
Have done auto and manual updates after factory reset. Until this morning all put HD channels in 800's.
The manual update shows signal strength of all frequencies where downloads occur at 90% +
Strange thing happened this morning switched off with channel list as above. Came back at lunchtime and found all the HD channels in 100+ range .
Will leave as it is and see what happens.

Before switchover all freeview stations perfect. Since switch over COM5 ArqA stations show severe interference.
Using LG LCD TV and large outside antenna.
Have tried re-orienting antenna but no inproved position could be found.
Please explain what changes have been made since switch over to degrade signal, and any suggestions for improvement.
