which is your local transmitter?
do you know where your antenna is pointing to?
do you use a booster?
do you have another television in the house that can receive good signal?
or is it just the kitchen tv.
my local transmitter at lark stoke went digital in april but it still made no difference when i redirected the antenna on the roof towards it so re-aligned to oxford again, all though lark stoke is supposed to be the best for me it is not.
I invested in a very large antenna nearly 100 pounds but it is 19db where as the sort an antenna guy sell is about 12db thus able to seek that bit further, i also used the most powerful booster i could find.
It might be worth seeing if someone could test the signal near where the antenna comes in on the roof as you may have a problem with internal cables. Ask neighbours to see if they can get everything ok, what sort of antenna do they have.
Process of elimination im afraid, you need an antenna guy who is open minded to problems
