Hello
Since Nov. 16th we have lost Ch. 12 (Yesterday) and Ch. 15 (Film 4). I have deleted all channels as directed and re-scanned. No channels between 1 and 20 are detected.
The lost channels were fine until 16/11.
I have double-checked all connections.
What has gone wrong? And why, please?
