Is it possible to receive freeview cahnnels via a broadband i

If i download the ap onto my PC to watch
freeview
will i be able to get Talking Pictures on 81 which i cannot get on my freeview set as my
aerial
is not on
Sutton Coldfield
but Wrekin. I cannot get it on Virgin either. Why dont Wrekin transmit it.
