I'm from Congleton and experienced the same issues with BBC channels from Winter Hilltransmitter. After reading all the posts and following all the instructions still no joy. Now fixed the issue, delete all the channels, turn your unit on and off then scan for ALL REGIONS. Worked a treat. I think the problem is with the HTML file not being up to date.
