Just thought other might like to know ....
I lost SkyChannel 5 and some others and a few months back - thought it was because of satellite change to Astra 2F. So I did nothing till recently. Then my Skybox packed up and I phoned Sky. Downloaded a new level of software and they have magically come back!
That's not to say that the info about Astra 2F is wrong, just that for me there was another reason.
