My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi, I used to have almost perfect
Freeview
and have recently lost
reception
on most of the
channels
. I have tried resetting and now have some reception I had previously lost but have not got BBC1, BBC2 and others. Any ideas?
