Hello, for the first time ever since freeview arrived I am having problems with Freeview reception. I live in Darwen and I use the Winter Hilltransmitter.
Recently channels have disappeared (mainly ITV channels) and I have reception 'stutters' where there is a very brief gap in picture and sound. Also pausing has become erratic - sometimes working OK, others with the above mentioned proble on replay. I have 2 aerials one receives from the Darwen sub-transmitter and one from Winter Hill, each aerial feeds one Freeview box.
I have retuned/reset as per your advice and it seems to be retaining channels better but still having the reception problems described
