I am not being rude or disrespectful.I am a customer,disabled,paralysed and feel I have not been treated as a paying customer should be.Despite many calls to Roberta,including today,I CANNOT record on my sky cable.I have paid in excess to have a new antenna,I have paid an inordinate amount of money over three months and am STILL not in receipt of that which was promised.I paid your technician to sort this out and I remain with
no way to record your programmes.If I ran a ship as you run your company I;d have been on the rocks long ago.GET WITH IT. Ken

despite awaitng a so called technician.(ROBBIE),the attempts to give me full access to Sky as paid for over three months seem to elude his expertise.I STILL am unable in any ay to record your late night,or indeed ,any,programmes.My new antenna cvable,bought at cost,does NOT allow what I pay for,ie TAPING progs.Sort it out now or I will sue.
