I ordered a coat from one of your channels.
i ordered a size 20 your invoice says it is a size 18
the coat was a size 14 obviously i hace had to return it
this cost me £3:82 this was not my fault
i have tried to get in touch with customer services but had no joy i sent it by recorded delivery the number on receipt is AI8795705166 GB
i hope i am going to have p&p as wel as cost of coat refunded as this is not my fault and caused me an unncessary journey to return it to you.
