Hi, I keep losing BBC and ITV channels. All the sky channels are ok. No picture or sound standard message "Your sky+HD box isn't getting a satellitesignal. Your recordings in the planner and on demand service may still be available" and they are. All channels are available in the other room! Tried the recommended remedy of switching off and leaving for 4 mins. It has worked a couple of times, but only for a limited period of time.
