What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

I have a splitter which distributes
Sky
and
Freeview
. Since 18th April Freeview has a good
signal
70% but Sky
picture
has deteriorated.I can no longer use reset method 2 or 3. could it be that my sky
digibox
is out of date?
