My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

Is there
really
no solution to losing the ITV/C4/E4 etc
freeview
channels
due to high pressure weather? I've retuned and will do a factory reset of the box as well, but am not hugely confident it will work.
