We got a message saying no signal on our sky + HD box the green light is on though cannot receive a picture i checked the signal strength there is nothing displayed in the box also signal quality there also is nothing in the box i tryed re-setting the sky + HD box no change i've tried everything disconnected all the cables from the box after turning off the box then turned the box back on tried taken the viewing card out giving the gold part a clean with a clean dry cloth then put the card back into the box i don't know what else to do
