This is on behalf of my elderly aunt who has no computer. She has had freeview for several years with no problem and is using a panasonic tv and humax digital recorder. For the last few months she has struggled to get itv1 and quite often the rest of mux2. On a recent visit I tried both auto and manual tuning of the tv and I can't get them either even though until the last few months she had no problem. With the humax the situation is better then the tv but often no itv1 or it is unwatchable. She is (and always has been) using a loftaerial and I have checked all the connections. Sometimes when she tunes it all comes back and then a few days later goes again. The opposite side of her road have no problem. Will this get better after retune?
