Maybe it was because work had started?
Cannot recall the second document I found. :-(
Anyway here's hoping it all goes ahead, pity there isn't any updates from NOW or D1 National.
I'll update this as things progress.

fred: Still getting a great signal in Bude on the BBC National DAB multiplex 12B.
On the downside the D1 National DAB multiplex on 11D seems to have lost signal strength to a half of what it was, and I believe this is from the Caradon Hill mast.
Any number of searches has failed to reveal when Digital 1 is going live on the Bude mast. Can anyone help on this? Also will the Cornwall DAB multiplex 11B be implemented on the mast?
It would be nice if D2 National DAB was implemented as well to get Share Radio, Talksport2 and Talkradio, but this seems very unlikely even in the distant future.

SDL National has absolutely no presence down here in the southwest, in particular Cornwall!
How can this be resolved? I know it's due to the sparse population down here but to miss out is not on. How can pressure be applied to Sound Digital (D2 National?), I'm open to ideas and willing to help in any campaign to get SDL on the CARADON HILL mast.

I asked the BBC about theier new mast in Bude and received this reply:
I forwarded your correspondence to our investigation team who have asked that I pass on the following:
"I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the improved DAB signal. I can confirm that the BBC DAB at Bude Stucley Road was switched on at 15:45 on 31/10/16. This site is dual telemetered (using VSAT and 3G until the BT circuit is in place). Only BBC services are available at present so you won't be able to get Now or D1 National."

Today, 1 Nov 2016 the signal on 12B BBC National DAB is giving me a full strength reception on my DAB radios here in Bude, Cornwall.
Why is this and will D1 National on 11D also have its signal boosted?
Cheers Fred
