I've just retuned my tv to find Liverpool TV on Channel 7 instead of That's Lancashire. Any ideas on what I need to do, please?

I've just retuned my tv and find that Channel 7 is now where I can see Liverpool TV instead of That's Lancashire (which appears to have disappeard completely). Any ideas on what I need to do, please?
