My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

For the last 2days I have had

bad experience with my tv signall, I at this very moment cannot get any of the first 12
channels
including BBC ITV
channel 4
or 5 etc.. Could someone tell me what the problem is please.
