Please could you give me any help or information if possible?....we have a Italiansatellitereceiver box and until recently been getting all the rai channels plus the media set channels then last november 2013 the media set channels disappeared but still got the rai channels?? So recently from Italy bought and registered a TiVo Sat box thinking we would see all the channels as in Rai and Media set?? But no luck only just get the same channels as before the Rai !? I took the box to my friends house and at his all the channels worked perfectly as he has the same box too so we have ruled out that the box is no good its in complete good working order and so is the old box we had previously mentioned both work at a different address but not at mine! They do work but only the Rai channels ?? We have even tried moving the satellite dish but it makes no difference at all?? Has anyone else had this problem ?? Any help or advice much appreciated..thank you..
