problems in newthorpe since sunday ? aerialaligned to Ki,berley with constant interuptions but will pick up Waltham ok without adjusting the aerial ?

Lots of problems in areas of Swanwick, near Alfreton, Derbyshire. Is it atmospherics? As no problems on Transmitter and to many calls from a condensed area?

at least 15 phone call enquries as residents in the area getting loss of signal or pixalation, all in the same area, all starting around the same time around 2 weeks ago

having problems in NG16 area of Notts from people losing mainly BBC but getting interuptions on Waltham ?it seems to be on "amped " systems ? Waltham isnt the best choice in the area but has been working ok since switch over? now quite a few have suddenly lost signls in the past 2 weeks with BBC seeming the most affected ? any info or others with problems?

problems in Alfreton, Derbyshire with BBC channels, Emley Moor best option of a poor choice with a 16ft mast and +25 mast amp, there have been a few streets reporting problems, this one is Amber Grove, turning amp down loses all signals almost immediataly

Im not sure how "local news" viewing figures can be shown compared to, say "eastenders" as locally to me, most households are not able to receive their local transmitter?
Not sure if that helps your idea or not? If its not watchable, why show it?
I would also assume the satellite platform is most costly aspect of local news?
Is a red button option, on offer from 6.30pm dailly, possible? Thus ending the need for regional varitions and offering a full region choice to everyone (as per satellite platforms)
Surely something can be offered at less than a £700mill budget?
