Please I need someone engineer to fix my aerial, last week was everything working this week doesn't show any channel, saying no signal.. I can't go up there to check it is too higher.. Please someone help me... Thank you

I will need the my freeview channel doesn't work , I don't know if the wind moved my sat or sometning else, please help to back to my channel....
