i have rescanned my set and have lost bbc1 and itv1 channels 1 and 3 i can get itv+1 and bbc1 hd i have rescanned several times but to no avail, i have ried to find the frequencies for the 2 channels to do amanual retune but no site appears to give me the info i require i am on a roofaerial with a freeview builtin to telly receiving my signal from emley moor, would like to know what to do next, any ideas?
