Do you mean 600 only or 6000 peak?
We get the latter despite Al cables and very ratty wiring. At one place there is a nest of wires and no idea which is in use and which not!

Couled you find somewhere to put an antenna and a repeater?
Have you approached those responsible for interference re the Tetra?

Pat - Brian is to loft aerials as Muslim fundamentalists are to cartoons of the Prophet(PBUH). But they CAN be fine if the signal is good.
If you plug in your postcode top right you will get - or people here can provide, an indication of how strong a signal you have
