John J - surely a question for the manufacturers?

Or google the full model number - others must have the same problem.

I don't; so cannot help.

lisa steward: No reported faults, and you should have a strong signal.

It is possible to have TOO STRONG a signal. Are you using any amplifier? Try without if so.

You could phone a LOCAL aerial fitter, who would know any local issue

PT - I'll give you a quick answer but hope someone more expert will follow!

Assuming the 53+ and 60- are the same power it might be that your aerial works better for one than for another - especially one like 60 at the end of the range in use.

IIUC the + and - mreans they are using slightly different frequency to the "standard" for that number. I think I've seen a suggestion that some boxes don't work well with -s.

Ivan - that must be Terrible (sorry)

Seems like your aerial has a problem with channels 41/44/47 which it did not have with 54/57. That could be that it is not getting a signal (eg if you have an old ae designed for the 20s) - it may be that 54/57 worked by coincidence of element spacings.

Or it could be that the signal is TOO strong - especially as you are so close. Are you using any amplifier?

Neighbours experience?

If Sky is from a RF output, probably one of the new broadcast channels is interfering and you will have to change its frequency.

Otherwise, no postcode, no can help.
