Some places due to hills are in reception black spots so get a Freeview signal from a "fill in" transmitter. These don't have a full set of multiplex transmissions, usually only 3 of the 6/7 that a full service has. This means all the channels on the missing multiplex are missing. Only way to get full coverage is to move to the top of the hill - or even to next county.
