My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Cheltenham
turned my tele on sunday night and on the all bbc
channels
have gone it stated "weak or
no signal
" i have the others though??
1) have tried rescanning tv for them
2) unplugged it and rescanned it
3) wiped tv memory - reinstall channels
is there anything else i can do?
