C21 (474.0MHz) after switchover

Hi, i can tune to
digital
TV
channels
fine with my TV. But when i try with my new PVR it doesn't find any channels. I have tried with three different brand new PVR's so it could, but highly unlikely, be those. Has anybody experienced this?
