My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I live in Essex postcode SS16 5AT. I have had a for 4 years with no problems using transmitter. Last week I re-scanned the tv and have now lost ITV , & 5 plus QVC etc. All othre channels are ok, I find this so frustrating and reading these recent comments, so do many others. This is totally unacceptable isn't it??
Can anyone me please? Thanks
