Whitehawk Hill (Brighton and Hove, England) Full Freeview trans

I don't use the Whitehawk
transmitter
as a main feed. But I can get weak signals from
C48
(WhitehawK), but I get nothing from Chans: 56,57,51,53,60 (Whitehawk).
If I get a weak
signal
from one, shouldn't I get weak from all?
Can someone explain
