My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Toshiba TV, keeps pixelating. Keep having to do First time installation, have unplugged, etc, no BBC 1,2,3,4 or ITV 1.
Transmitter
indicates no problems,
Dover
&
Wye
. Did this last year in warm weather.
TV indicating
no signal
. Help!
