Hi, still tearing my hair out here. Have a Samsung digital LCD Tv - everything working perfectly since August 2010. Went off on hols on 31st March, returned on 14th April to find none of the ITV channels or C4, but everything else. Contacted digital UK and they advised disconnecting the aeriel, re-tune to delete the channels, then re-connect and do a manual re-tune using UHF channel numbers: 49, 31, 33, 29, 45, and 42. All of them find channels, apart from 31 and 29 - basically the ITV and C4 groups.
How can whoever has organised this whole programme/scheme etc. be allowed to just get away with depriving people of channels suddenly, just like that?! The whole thing seems bizarre and apart from the help on this site, there seems to be no national public awareness around these issues going on. It is scandalous and I still don't know how I will get these channels back, or when!

Argghh. Had all digital freeview channels on my Samsung LCD TV on 31st March.
Went abroad, came back today 14th April - only BBC channels, Dave, ITV4 etc.
Can't get any of the ITV channels, no channel 4 etc.
I've re-tuned, unplugged the aerial re-tuned, and then plugged the aerial back in to re-tune again, to no avail.
What has happened?? Plus, I can still get analogue channels BBC 1,2, ITV, C4 and C5, but I thought the switchover had happened??
