C5 reception is ok - little bit of ghosting.
As I said the with the amp out it makes no difference other that the signal at each socket outlet is half of the reading with the masthead amp inline.
I dont understand why I had it for weeks and now I dont have it at all.

Its only evident around the logo really. No other equipment is plugged in to the TV. No other TVS are on. All cables are quality ones.
Wideband aerial is aligned properly. Signal readings are exceptionally high. All new cabling etc.
Nothing has changed in my setup so I dont understand why I cannot get the HD channels when I could the last few weeks.

Firstly I live about 6 miles from Lichfield transmitter in Polesworth.
About two weeks ago I bought a Digistream PVR capabale of receiving the free HD channels.
After setting it up, all channels on SD and HD were available although the four HD channels picture was breaking up frequently making them unwatchable.
I had a new wideband TV aerial and all new cabling installed via a boost splitter about 18 months ago from a qualified friend. He's been tonight and installed a masthead amp to boost the signal (getting the highest reading on his meter) but now I have no HD channels at all.
Tuning to them I get "no service available". Rescanning doesnt find them either. Nothing else is plugged into the TV and Im using high quality cables. We've uninstalled the masthead amp and out the setup back how it was before with no success either.
Ive tried softbooting and hardbooting the PVR, Ive tried it in different rooms and nothing will make the HD channels come to life.
Where do I go from here?
