My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Have lost all my BBC
channels
and also film 4 ,
ITV3
,
yesterday
and Viva. I have retuned over and over again !! still nothing .Its a new
aerial
and had all my channels till about a month ago.I am in the
Newcastle
-under-Lyme area ST5 .
