The two multiplexes that you can add MANUALLY to your TV are:
Channel 49 - 698 Mhz
Channel 50 - 706 Mhz
That should help do the trick

I can only endorse what JC has said.....just disconnect your aerial and then do a re-tune....then re-connect the TV aerial and re-tune again.
Alternatively, some sets will have a "factory reset" function in the tuning menu, which will erase any currently stored stations.
