Prior to switch over I received my signal from . After stage one I was able to view BBC2 via my box. Since stage two the only thing I get is a message informing me of NO INFORMATION on all .

My is fixed to my chimmney and I have a clear view to the transmitter which is 2km away.

Can you explain why I am not getting a signal please.
